Site Design & Planning (SDP) Engineer

Responsibilities

• Structural engineer (B.sc) especially Civil Engineering with good knowledge about American Standard, British Standard, Japanese Standard, etc
• Understood of design codes for structure, foundation, concrete, steel, etc
• Familiar with structure software such as AutoCAD, SAP 2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro and MS Tower is an advantage
• Capable of handling the pressure from the project for numbers while
• Responsible about design quality
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)
• Bahasa is an advantage but not requirement
• Knowledge AutoCAD design 2D/3D
• Being familiar and have experience in structure drawing
• Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations and third party subcontractor or supplier
• Ability to under pressure, team work, outside city and have high responsibility
• Except for native language & English, ability to communicate in a third language, preferably in Chinese

Requirements

• Making and monitoring standard drawing and site design drawing
• Doing site survey to check availability area for CME (Civil, Mechanical and Electrical) point of view on site
• Making Bill of Quantity of site based on design drawing
• Make revision on the site design drawing
• Assist CME teams while sites construction works
• Making report on SDP
• Customer complaint processing
• Problem solving when necessary and technical support
• To Manage the third party (supplier and subcontractor)
