Responsibilities
- As the title suggests, you will supervise the operations and back office area for facilitating smooth operations at Branch and authorize any transaction (checker level). Reporting to the Branch Operation & Service Manager, you will assist the Manager in decision making and co-ordinate with all parts around the bank to provide excellent customer service level and customer satisfaction in branch.
- You will control daily operation, including reporting, filing and document handover, to ensure all bank activities are completed properly. Customer documentation and transactions should be processed in a timely manner. Adhering to policies and procedures is also crucial to the role.
Requirements
- Candidates need to have a solid background in banking operation side and good understanding of the process flow in banking transaction. The candidate should be able to analyse risks and provide appropriate actions to avoid any risks, losses and being compliant with the current law and bank policy. A computer literate, using Windows based software programs (such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint) will be essential. Prior experience in banking operation will prove beneficial.
