With a magazine of her own on the way, you'd think Katie Price might want to shun the world of clubs in order to check the last proofs and oversee the first issue's final stages.



But the one-time glamour model turned entrepreneur is currently holidaying in Puerto Banus, Marbella with her boyfriend Leandro Penna and her children, Harvey, Junior and Princess Tiaamii.



And last night she left the kids at their plush resort while she spent the evening with her new love taking in some of the delights that the Spanish town's nightlife has to offer.





The couple had seemingly planned out their outfits together before heading out, synchronising their outfits to a tee - both wearing summery white.



Katie, 33, wore a sheer flesh coloured vest through which her bra underneath was clearly visible.



She finished off the ensemble with a regulation pair of short shorts, in white - matching Leandro's 'Man from Del Monte' get up which consisted of a white shirt and linen trousers with a trendy pair of sandals. All that was missing was the trademark Panama hat.

The pair headed to the town's Tibu nightclub which is billed as 'The club to be and be seen'.



Open day and night, Tibu comprises an outside terrace where visitors can soak up the Mediterranean rays during the day and, of course, put on their gladrags to party at night.



While the couple spend time with Price's family in Marbella, news of her new magazine was announced.

During her 10 years of fame, Katie Price has turned her hand to a variety of jobs, including modelling, acting, singing, designing, writing and launching a perfume range.



But now the mother-of-three is preparing to launch another venture - her own magazine.



Perhaps inspired by Oprah Winfrey's 'O' magazine, Price will save her exclusives for her 'Katie' magazine, which goes on sale next month.

With the amount of stories concerning her in the tabloids and gossip magazines, its surprising she hadn't thought of it sooner.



The first issue, which will retail at £3.99, included five different images of the ex-Page 3 girl on the cover.



The glossy promises a look inside her wardrobe, a Jordan makeover and her favourite beauty products.



And it looks like it will include a telling interview on her lovelife, with the main headline 'I will get married again' gracing the cover.

She wrote on her Twitter today: 'Can't wait to get back and launch my new magazine. It's my latest venture. I've done it exclusively with WHSmith. Its called 'KATIE'.



'It's goes on sale at the beginning of September. I'll be doing signings at WHS Lakeside and Chelmsford on Sat Sept 10 and then in Milton Keynes and Leicester on the 17th.



'The press launch is on Sept 7th and as ever I've got a great TINY outfit for the launch.'



Her three children Harvey, Junior and Princess are all with her on the trip to Spain with Leandro.



Yet despite being on vacation, she has been regularly updating her Twitter page.



When one young follower revealed she had received poor GCSE results today, Price replied: 'Don't worry I got rubbish results but I'm still successful.'

The rumour mill has been going into overdrive with suggestions that Katie Price will be going into the Celebrity Big Brother house when the show returns on Thursday.



But quite aside from the lady herself dismissing such speculation on Twitter, the fact she is out of the country should put an end to those whispers.



For Katie has returned to Marbella - where she enjoyed a romantic break with boyfriend Leandro Penna in May - and this time she has taken her children along too.

The 33-year-old was spotted wearing a colourful striped maxi dress, big gold bangles and sunglasses as she took daughter Princess for a shopping trip in the Spanish resort.



And she clearly had her hands full, carrying both the four-year-old and an oversized bright green bag as she made her way to the car.



There was no sign of Leandro on their outing - although the 25-year-old model has joined them on the trip, and was seen clutching a bottle of water and wearing headphones as he went for a run.

Meanwhile Katie has taken to Twitter to personally deny the rumours that she is set to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house.



'I PROMISE everyone I AM NOT doing Big Brother I'm away with my family and I'm signed to Sky Living so impossible,' she tweeted.



Clearly the message did not get through to everybody, as she later returned to say, 'People should know I don't lie so I'm telling you again I'm not doing Big Brother so drop it.'

TOWIE star Amy Childs, actress Tara Reid, wacky pop twins Jedward, Speaker's wife Sally Bercow and Kerry Katona and her mother Sue are among those who are rumoured to taking part in Celebrity Big Brother, which has moved to Five after Channel 4 dropped the show in 2010.



Katie and Leandro previously holidayed in Marbella earlier this year when she showed off a tattoo marking the date they met - which reads 'Leo 27-02-11'.



The pair struck up a whirlwind romance after meeting on that date at Elton John's post-Oscars party shortly after she separated from ex-husband Alex Reid.

She shocked fans when she posted a picture of her ultra-skinny frame to her Twitter page.

But Katie Price has spoken out about the reason she has lost weight and her new diet regime.

Speaking to This Morning the model, 33, told Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes that the she is on a no-carb diet with just a juice for breakfast.


Explaining why she has embarked on her regime she said: 'I'm sick of death of magazines keep saying I'm fat I'm pregnant, and its enough to give me a complex let alone other girls out there.'

And speaking about the photo she posted to Twitter last month she explained:' My arms are up in the air and anyone who has their arms up and stretches in.'

She added, 'Well, I don't have a complex but I put that on there to say 'does it look like I've got a bump? do I look like I'm pregnant?'

Speaking about her weight loss regime she said: 'I juice in the morning and I've been putting some recipes on there, and I obviously have two meals but no carbs, and I've actually noticed a difference because with me as soon as I eat my belly sticks out.'

Katie explained that a story circulating said she had lost so much weight on her legs that they crease and Eamonn used the opportunity to have a close inspection.

After feeling her legs the presenter said: 'What exactly am I looking for? Oh that's good definition, that's muscle... there are certainly not all wrinkly, I'm telling you.'

Ahead of her appearance on the show Katie emerged from a friend’s house in a pair of huge bright blue metallic sunglasses, which appeared to have taken inspiration from Dame Edna.

The mother-of-three showed off her slim figure and deep tan in a pair of khaki Gucci shorts a white vest with a pale pink loose-knit jumper.

Argentine model Leandro opted for a checked shirt, a pair of ripped jeans and a trucker cap for their outing.

Last Friday Katie sported another curious pair of glasses as she and Leandro enjoyed a shopping trip in London.

Katie, who appeared on This Morning earlier today and BBC radio has been on a whirlwind promotional tour ahead of the book release tomorrow.

Next week she will be making the record attempt at the O2 Academy in Leeds.

Katie has sole over 4.2 million books in her career and since 2004 she has spent 150 weeks in the Top Ten bestsellers list.

Perhaps Katie didn't want to ruin her make-up as she continued her search for Britain's next top glamour model.

She was accompanied by her Argentinean boyfriend Leandro Penna, 25, who is thought to have bought the piece of jewellery for her.

Katie’s tweet this morning might have been aimed to dismiss the rumours though, as she posted: ‘Everyone keeps saying I have very big news to announce.

‘I’m confused I don’t know what you mean!’

As well as her new ring, the 33-year-old was also showing off a very heavy tan and large blonde wavy hair.

She dressed up in a little black skirt, tights and a white top alongside black strappy heels on her way to search for the UK’s hottest new glamour model.

So when the model reappeared for a night on the town in London she did it in typically eye-catching style.

Katie wore a pair of bizarre sheer criss-cross leggings for her night with boyfriend Leandro Penna - but even her outlandish outfit couldn't distract from her very noticeable new body art.

Katie, who turned 33 last week, has finally revealed her new tattoo - a large rose, which covers up what used to be a tribute to her ex-husband Peter Andre.

All eyes were on the new etching, which Katie has resolutely kept hidden since getting the inking reworked during her holiday in Argentina earlier this month.

Katie wore a short black dress over the tights, and peep toe booties, with her hair in full, Barbie-style blonde waves.

Leandro looked smart in a suit and bright red tie as they arrived at the Cuckoo Club in London's West End.

Perhaps she was waiting until the rose tattoo was fully healed before unveiling it.
Katie has kept the new tattoo hidden beneath bandages and long sleeved jumpers since her return from Argentina.

Despite splitting from Peter Andre two years ago, it took Price until recently to finally rid herself of her ex-husband's name completely.

Just a month after their split in 2009, she had a crude cross etched over his name during her infamous post break-up holiday in Ibiza.

Then Katie was pictured getting a new inking during her trip to Argentina earlier this month.

At the time Mail Online speculated that Price might finally be getting the tribute to her ex covered up.

While Katie left Peter's name clearly visible beneath the crude cross for almost two years throughout her marriage to Alex Reid, it appears her new love, Leandro Penna, has inspired her to finally move on.

The 25-year-old Argentine model was by her side this month when she had the old tattoo - 'Pete' surrounded with hearts - covered for good.

Leandro introduced Katie to tattooist Mariano Antonio at the American Tattoo parlour, after he created Leandro's spiral design across his back in March - just a couple of weeks after he met Price at Elton John's post-Oscar party in Los Angeles.

Katie's new rose design sits atop the crown and tribute to daughter Princess that were already on her left wrist.

It's not the only tattoo that Price has. She also has a ribbon design around her right ankle hanging down over her foot and a bow on her lower back.

Peter Andre opted to have his own tribute to Katie removed by laser last year.

His tattoo was in a rather more symbolic place on his body - his wedding finger.

But the Australian singer had the small 'Katie' etching removed over a period of several treatments last year.
