Blink and you'll miss her! Cheryl Cole's brief cameo in new What To Expect When You're Expecting trailer

She famously scored a role in the big-budget Hollywood film as she was axed from the USA X Factor.

But judging from the latest trailer for What To Expect When You're Expecting, Cheryl Cole's cameo is likely to be fleeting.

Viewers will literally miss her appearance if they blink during the two-minute promo.

Fleeting: Cheryl Cole briefly appears in a new trailer for What To Expect When You're Expecting in which she plays a talent show judge

Playing a talent show judge, the 28-year-old can be seen sitting on a panel in front of an audience in an arena, watching Cameron Diaz' character dance in a skimpy red sparkly outfit.

Wearing in a black top, her blonde bob slicked down, she smiles and claps before putting her hand to her mouth.

In the movie, out on May 11, Cameron, 39, plays aspiring singer and pregnant weight loss show host Jules.

In the trailer, the blonde is seen talking to actor Matthew Morrison - Glee's New Directions coach - who plays Evan, a man who teams up with her character on a celebrity dance show.

Wearing just a blue robe, Cameron jokes about her growing bosom.

Ironically in 2009, the actress, who has has a string of failed relationships and never married, said: 'I think women are afraid to say that they don't want children because they're going to get shunned.'

'I have more girlfriends who don't have kids than those that do. And honestly? We don't need any more kids. We have plenty of people on this planet.'
