Have the wedding jitters set in? Kim Kardashian looks anxious as she arrives for final dress fitting with just three days to go

Feeling anxious: Kim Kardashian heads to her final dress fitting with sister Khloe at Vera Wang's boutique in Beverly Hills today



The wedding is only three days away and with all the preparations in full swing no one would blame Kim Kardashian for feeling a little tense.



The 30-year-old reality star, who is set to say 'i do' this Saturday,appeared a anxious and somewhat flustered as she arrived for what is said to be her final dress fitting at Vera Wang's boutique in Beverly Hills today.

Dressed in a summery white blouse and khaki shorts, Kim failed to crack a smile as she rushed through the crows into the boutique to meet with the veteran designer.



Her sister Khloe, who is acting as co-maid of honour alongside Kourtney, had arrived at the store a short while before and was waiting inside.



Kim is said to be wearing two custom creations by the famous wedding gown designer on her special day - at a cost of over $30,000.

The wedding itself is set to take place at the $20 million mansion of a former Google CEO in Montecito, California - near Santa Barbara.



The 500-strong guest list is said to include a host of other celebs including Jennifer Lopez, Ciara, Demi Lovato, Babyface and several NBA stars.



It was also revealed today that Kim and her new husband will have to wait until summer 2012 to take their honeymoon due to Kim's crazy work schedule.
