Manager, SAP HR

Responsibilities:
- Liase with business users to define requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions considering costs, time, resources, technical, functional and other requirements.
- Plan, monitor and manage all tasks development.
- Optimze the use of SAP HRMS within the business.
- Develop solution, problem solving and bug fixing.
- Plan and execute unit testing, integration and user testing.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Industrial) or relevant degree in Computer Science.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Functional Consultant or has completed at least 2 full project cycles in HRMS implementation with prior knowledge in dealing with Indonesia payroll.
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
- Have solid communication skill both verbal and written, also excellent customer service skills.
Executive System Development

- Accountable for system development within Sales & Distribution division
- Accountable for Data feeding system integration
- Assist all Sales team entity
- Assist AXIS' partners scorecard & KPI incentive and SDSS application development
- Handle troubleshooting for system integration
- Posses Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information System or related technical field as desired
- Have more than 3 years experience as Senior Programmer/Programmer Analyst/System Developer
- Have experience in working with Oracle or other database stored procedure in an application development environment (very closely related experience may outside Oracle would be considered)
- Have good knowledge in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with relational Database and SQL
- Have good knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL or other SQL language
- Have knowledge in ERP system (e.g. SAP), CRM System (Sybel CRM, MS Dynamic CRM), Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence would be adventage
- Have ability to work in team, good attitude and communication skills
SM, CS Core Planning

- Strategic planning of CS Core NW including thew existing live network and future network CS Core NW element dimensioning for expansion and newly built network Design and engineer CS Core NW Traffic Engineering to evaluatee the design on an ongoing basis to ensure that there are no capacity problems on the nodes & the core network operates to best practice
- Min. Bachelor Degree majoring Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering from reputable University Min. 7-10 years working experiences with GSM/UMTS operator, with min. 7 years experiences in Planning/ Engineering
