BCA Development Program (Code: BDP) - Indonesia

Requirements :

• Bachelor (S1)/ Master (S2) degree from reputable University
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (of 4.00 Scale) for Bachelor and minimum 3.25 (of 4.00 Scale) for Master
• Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor and maximum 27 years old for Master
• Having systematic communication skill
• Highly motivated
• Having high analytical thinking
• Able to work in team
• Free of illegal drugs
• Not married and not willing to get married during education process
• Willing to be placed in all BCA Branch throughout Indonesia according to BCA needs
• Willing to undergo the service bond after completed the education
• Passed in the selection test
