Our client is a leading logistics solution MNC with worldwide operations and a solid track record of growth in their history. As part of their strategic growth, they are now looking for a Finance Controller to lead their finance team in Indonesia.

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will head the finance team in Jakarta, where you will play a lead role in supporting the projects and objectives of the Group. You will be responsible for all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions of the organization.

Finance Controller (Based in Jakarta)

Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations, financial and management reporting, budgeting and cash flow management
• Work with departments in improving workflow processes to achieve operating efficiency on all finance & accounts operational related matters.
• Assist in the development/evaluation of financial and operational systems and processes, ensuring high standards of internal controls, both financial and operational to enhance processes & systems
• Play a key role in ensuring internal controls are implemented and maintained.
• Work closely with the Country Manager in communicating and presenting feasible business options to senior management and the Group.
• Ensure financial functions including cash flow management, budgeting, and reporting are based on accurate records and performed in a timely manner
• Ensure good internal control measures are always in place and adherence to corporate policies and operating procedures
• Prepare, support, and manage forecasts, budgets and actual costs by operations, processes, department, and products
• Implement financial tools according to warehouse manager needs and group rules
• Create operational and financial weekly reporting
• Control and follow operational profitability

Requirements :

• Minimum 30-35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in similar position & industry
• High degree of professionalism and ability to communicate with various levels of management
• Decision-making, problem solving and able to work under pressure
• Strong leader & team player attitude
• Excellent PC skills (finance applications), organization skills & able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English & Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken).
