Claims Assesor
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze every Claims from clients based on terms and conditions.
• Approved Claim case in accordance with Claim Authority
• Conduct minor investigation via telephone and/or mails.
• Provide explanations to customers when needed according to Claims status.
• Support Senior Medical Claims Assessor to do investigation for further verification
• Having the authority to sign/approve Hospitals’/ Doctors’ investigation letter.
• To review the correspondences from Hospital and/or Doctors.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Medical Science or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
• Strong Analytical thinking
• Onsite investigation experience
• Full-Time positions available.
