Responsibilities:
- You will perform a variety of accounting activities in accordance with accounting principles and standards to control the company's financial resources and ensure that it complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and reporting requirements. Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger in accordance with accounting principles and reporting schedules so that the company has a full and accurate statement of its financial position.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in accounting from reputable university
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Experience working with SAP system would be an advantage
- Strong analytical skills
- High level of accuracy, precision and responsibility in work assigned
IT Administration Assistant (Code : ITA)- Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- The position is responsible for the administration for Information Technology Department such as correspondence, filling, travel arrangement (ticket/hotel booking), liaison Officer to IT vendor.
Requirements:
- Preferable Female, 22 - 28 Years Old.
- Background from Administration or Information Technology
- Having basic knowledge of accounting as well as project management would be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English is a must.
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Fast, independent, self - motivated person, good initiative & teamwork, and able to work under pressure and/or with tight deadline
