Dude, where's my style? Ashton Kutcher shows off an unkempt preppy look on David Letterman Show

By KIRSTY MCCORMACK

Preppy: Ashton Kutcher arrives at The Late Show With David Letterman studio in New York

Everyone knows that MTV Punk'd star, Ashton Kutcher, loves a good prank. But it seemed the joke was on the Hollywood star when he arrived at The Late Show with David Letterman show looking like an eccentric maths teacher with a dodgy haircut.

The 33-year-old actor turned up to the studio sporting a rather preppy look that included a stripey bow tie, a slightly frumpy blazer and facial hair.

Prankster: Ashton Kutcher talks to David Letterman dressed in riot gear on August 24

The look probably came as a shock to eagerly-awaiting fans who are used to the star's regular style of jeans, t-shirts and less fuzz around the chin.

But the unusual dress sense didn't stop there. After stopping to speak with fans and pose for photographs with them, Ashton headed inside where he had another look to model in the form of a riot costume.

'From being on That 70's Show, it was, like, I got used to that, like, walking out in front of the audience.

'After a while, you sort of forget that - you know, where that muscle is- and you get out there and the audience goes crazy.'

However, the prankster, who is married to actress, Demi Moore, tried his best to not reveal too much about his new character. But David wouldn't leave the subject alone.

He managed to get Ashton to reveal that his self-described 'Jesus' look was actually for the sitcom with Ashton saying :'Believe it or not they requested this.'

The star also revealed that he had once said that it was the perfect job and that if anyone offered it to him he would take it in a heartbeat.

Since then, Charlie has given him his blessing via Twitter and there appears to be no hard feelings.

Ashton added that he was confident that Two and a Half Men would be a success, saying: "I think it's going to go through the roof, I really do. I've been laughing really hard.

Ashton's character, Walden Schmidt, will be introduced in the new season of Two and a Half Men, which starts on September 19 on CBS.

Celebrity Big Brother: Bobby Sabel labels Darryn Lyons 'fake' and Kerry Katona 'a moron'... but not to their faces

By Emily Sheridan

During his first few days in the Celebrity Big Brother house, Bobby Sable kept himself to himself.

But after quickly tiring of many of his housemates, the male model hasn't held back when it comes to describing Darryn Lyons, Kerry Katona and Amy Childs.

Despite lengthy bitching sessions about the trio, he is yet to tell any of them exactly what he thinks.

Fake, fake, fake: Bobby Sabel rants about Darryn Lyons during an early morning chat with Big Brother

After a half-heartened confrontation in the bedroom with paparazzo Darryn, Bobby let rip in the Diary Room exactly what he thought about the Australian.

He told Big Brother: 'Darryn has p**sed me off the core... If you wanna be a big fat f**k with abs on the outside... the guy's so fake.

'He's 46, he's got a pink Mohawk, he's got fake abs, he drives a Lamborghini... then you look underneath and you see this bloke. You think what's left of you? You're a product.'

Holding back: Bobby listened to Kerry Katona complain about how hard it was to find a boyfriend, before later branding her a 'moron'

Later that evening, Bobby held his true opinions back when Kerry complained how difficult it was to find a man.

The mother-of-four said anyone she ever meets always ends up splashed across magazines and tabloids.

The 30-year-old said: 'Its impossible to date a guy quietly. They tell a friend and someone ends up selling their story. I could have my own Jeremy Kyle show.'

'She's driving me insane': Bobby launches into a tirade against Kerry to one of the Big Brother cameras

Bobby looked ready to interject, but said he was going to speak to Big Brother, but instead spoke directly to one of the cameras situated in another area.

He said: ''Sweet girl, entertaining at times, but a complete f**king moron.

'She's driving me insane. No wonder she can't get a man. She's gross... not to look at... her manner is gross.

'This place is driving me bonkers': Bobby declared to the cameras he was struggling to share space with so many people he disliked

'I don't think these people have a lot of respect for themselves. Grown men and women acting like children.

'Who would have thought Tara Reid would be the nicest girl in here. Thought I would come in here and fancy Amy Childs. I just don't. How could you? This place is driving me bonkers.'

And it appears the feeling is mutual when it comes to the former Only Way Is Essex star.

In the morning, she told both Darryn and Lucien she didn't like Bobby: 'He's a bug... he's bugging me.'

No love lost: Darryn Lyons declared Bobby was 'uninteresting'

Despite their conversation in the bedroom the previous night, when Bobby told Darryn there were some things about him he didn't like, the Australian told Big Brother he felt like they'd cleared the air.

He said in the Diary Room: 'I was really impressed that he got up enough fortitude to talk and actually get his emotions out. He's very uninteresting... I'm not saying that in a nasty way. He's just very boring.'

While Bobby was finding himself getting angry, Tara was growing emotional by the growing tension in the house.

Emotional: Tara Reid broke down twice - firstly over her dog and then over the growing tension in the house

Earlier in the day she broke down when discussing how much she loved her dog.

She said: ''I think my dog taught me how to love. It's such a crazy love. That's why people get so addicted to their animals.'

She later broke down in the garden and was comforted by Sally, before John came over and told her to 'pull yourself together... feelings aren't cool'.

Sally interjected: 'Feelings are cool. Emotions are cool.'

Comfort: Sally Bercow comforted Tara after assuring her 'emotions are cool' after Jedward told her to 'pull herself together'

Tara explained she didn't like the bad feeling in the house and she was 'shaking inside' with nerves over a possible fight about to kick off.

She lamented: 'It's getting scary... I could lose my career in here. I could never work again.'

Meanwhile, Sally was again clashing with Pamela again after the American made an unusual lunch dish with steak, bacon, vegetables and Caesar salad dressing.

Darryn was stunned: 'Salad dressing on meat? I've never had Caesar salad with meat.'

Yuck: Not many of the housemates wanted to eat Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff's bizarre dish of steak, bacon, vegetables and Caesar salad dressing

Pamela tried to explain: 'I'm improvising. Italian.. French... it's to tenderise the meat.'

Sally didn't hold back: 'That looks disgusting Pamela, I hope you don't mind me saying.'

Pamela let Sally's comment wash over her: 'Thank you.'

Darryn and Sally then informed Tara, Paddy and Kerry about Pamela's interesting lunch.

Interesting: Pamela tucks into her unusual dish but one of the twins doesn't look so sure

Sally said: 'It is gross what she made. It looks like dog food.'

Darryn explained: 'All that meat's been wasted... she can eat it. She's the worse cook in the world. It's bizarre. I think the boys are trying, but they'd eat motor oil.'

When Pamela came outside, Sally asked her if she'd enjoyed her dish, to which she replied that she did.

When Pamela commented how rude it was of Sally to describe her lunch as disgusting, the latter replied: 'The best thing for me to do is bulls**t right Pamela? Because bulls**t is best?'

No more Jedward: John and Edward Grimes were horrified when Big Brother said she was splitting them up

Big Brother decided to force Jedward to mix with the other housemates more by splitting them up.

Calling the brothers into the Diary Room, they were asked to become 'John' and 'Edward' as individuals, while wearing coloured bodysuits with shock sensors inside, which would be set off if they get too close.

With John in the pink bodysuit and Edward in the blue, they kept their distance and told housemates different things about themselves.

Ouch: As part of their 'separate' task, the twins were buzzed with electric shocks if they got too close to each other

But when they got too close, Big Brother set off the electric shock buttons, sending them jumping around the garden to the amusement of other housemates.

After being called back to the Diary Room, housemates were tested to see if they could tell the difference between the boys, and when they did so successfully, were treated to a 'pop party' that night.

Bring on the party: The housemates congratulate John and Edward after they passed the 'Jedward' task

Meanwhile, Amy and John decided to entertain the house by getting married in an impromptu service.

A reluctant Darryn agreed to be the ringbearer after complaining: 'Ringbearer? That's for little girls to do.'

Wearing a strapless gown and carrying a small bouquet of flowers, Amy was walked down the aisle by 'dad' Paddy, with the service conducted by Pamela.

The blushing bride: Amy gets ready for her 'nuptials' to John

The first kiss: Amy puckers up to a reluctant John for their first kiss as 'husband and wife'

The Essex girl even managed to throw a 'shuuutttt upppp' into her wedding vow.

But John was reluctant to kiss Amy after they were pronounced husband and wife, leaving his 'bride' to make the first move.

I now pronounce you fake husband and wife: Pamela played clergywoman as she conducted the ceremony

America's Got Talent judges blown away by Opera singer Lys Agnes who comes out as strong frontrunner after semi-final

By JADE WATKINS

Frontrunner: Opera singer Lys Agnes came out as one of the top frontrunners after the America's Got Talent semi final, last night

They often tout the performances they witness as the 'best that they have ever seen'.

But all three judges were blown out of the water by opera singer Lys Agnes'

performance during last night's America's Got Talent semi final.

So much so, that the beautiful warbler came out as one of the frontrunners of the reality television competition, which will decide it's winner in two weeks time.

Warble: The exotic beauty belted out a tune much to the delight of the judges and the crowd

But Judge Howie Mandel perhaps took his praise a little too far, leading Lys to become shocked when an accidental suggestive slip came out of his mouth.

Mandel told Agnes: 'There aren't even words to describe your beauty and your looks and your sound… You're classic beauty - do you know what I want to do to you?'

After protests from the other judges - and shock from Lys - Howie insisted he meant nothing crude by his comments, saying: 'I want to get her votes!'

Standing ovation: Lys got a standing ovation from all three of the judges - Piers Morgan, Sharon Osbourne, and Howie Mandel, left to right

Luckily the other judges backed her too, with Sharon Osbourne saying she 'took my breath away', adding that 'It's overwhelming', while Piers Morgan called it a 'theatrical tour de force'.

Piers, 46, called last night's show 'probably the best semi-final we've ever had'.

The latest round saw performances that the judges could not rave about enough - yet with one that they hated so much they even asked if it was a joke.

Say what? Judge Howie Mandel perhaps took his praise a little too far, leading Lys to become shocked when an accidental suggestive slip came out of his mouth

Of one group competing, futuristic dancers Team illuminate, Sharon gushed: 'This is a hundred million dollar act. Vegas you will own in a couple of years - remember me!'

Meanwhile, BMX rider Matt Wilhelm pulled off another amazing demonstration - until he fell while trying to get back on his bike after a stunning front wheel spin.

Hitting the deck: Until he fell while trying to get back on his bike after a stunning front wheel spin

He insisted, however, that it was fitting for the story he was trying to tell of his background being bullied as a kid.

'My whole life, my whole story, is that when you fall down you pick yourself back up again,' he said, defiantly after his fall.

Sharon appeared to agree, telling him: 'I'm really sad that you made a mistake and fell, but hey, we all do that. It shows that we are real, we are life, and it's a part of life.'

Mixed reviews: Piers raved about Zuma Zuma, but Sharon and Howie thought it was not their best performance

Piers added: 'We have to be brutally honest, and to me that wasn't good enough tonight.'

Piers raved about Zuma Zuma, but Sharon and Howie thought it was not their best performance.

Howie criticized it for being 'a slower, more lethargic act', adding: 'I don't think you stepped it up. But I think you're amazing.'

But as well as being critical, the judges also came out with some of the highest praise ever given on the show.

Fireworks: POPLYFE performed an electrifying rendition of The Beatles' 'Come Together'

Success: Sharon told the group: 'I honestly think that I'm looking at the winner here - I know I am. You are very, very special and unique'

When POPLYFE performed The Beatles' 'Come Together', Sharon told them: 'I honestly think that I'm looking at the winner here - I know I am. You are very, very special and unique.'

Howie also told them 'You are stars - that was a headlining act', while Piers said: 'We are watching I think a band that within the next two or three years will be a huge band in this country.'

Just when it seemed the praise could get no higher, Sharon said of dancers Team illuminate: 'I just can't believe that we have you with us - you should have been famous for like forever ago. This is a hundred million dollar act. Vegas you will own in a couple of years - remember me!'

More success: Miami All Stars also scored rave reviews from the judges

Howie also called their act 'a million dollars', adding: 'I love you. You deserve votes.'

Along with them, Howie said his favourite dancers were Miami All Stars, with Sharon calling their choreography 'perfection', adding: 'You are all so talented.'

Piers went even one better and said: 'That was my favourite performance of the whole night. That was terrific.'

Tears: Singer Daniel Joseph Baker got emotional as his parents were in the audience watching him perform

Meanwhile Sharon called singer Daniel Joseph Baker, who got emotional as his parents were in the audience watching him perform, 'as camp as Christmas', adding: 'I love you, I really do.'

Piers called him 'a pure Vegas showman' while Howie said: 'You are a star. Just be yourself - you're wonderful.'

Sharon also praised young dancer Beth Ann Robinson for 'another flawless, flawless performance', telling her: 'Talent-wise, you've got it.'

Flawless: Sharon praised young dancer Beth Ann Robinson for 'another flawless, flawless performance'

Cheers: The young lady was clearly happy with the judges' response

Howie called her 'beautiful' and 'mesmerizing' and 'beyond your years'.

However, he warned her: 'The question is, how will America feel that that stacks up to everything else on offer?'

Sharon also praised impressionist Melissa Villasenor for doing 'the impossible' by making Piers laugh, and he then admitted: 'I find you funny, I think America finds you funny - I think you're a very talented person.'

Clever: Sharon also praised impressionist Melissa Villasenor for doing 'the impossible' by making Piers laugh

Howie said he was 'a huge fan' and said: 'You deserve to be here.'

Meanwhile when Sharon said she 'felt like part of the team' with the West Springfield Dance Team, who performed as a group of ugly zombies and her co-host Piers cheekily quipped at her: 'You wouldn't need any make-up.'

But the biggest shock of the night came with the Sandou Trio Russian Bar, whose previous death-defying stunts Piers called 'the most dangerous and exciting thing we’ve seen in a long time' and were expecting to take it even further.

Gang of ghouls: Sharon said she 'felt like part of the team' with the West Springfield Dance Team, who performed as a group of ugly zombies

Striking: The group wore radical make-up and zombie eyes

Instead, they completely changed their act - with a slow ballad sung around a piano that slowly moved on ropes while others twirled around it.

Howie was so shocked she asked if they were 'going for comedy' while Piers called it 'the biggest suicide mission we've ever had on the show'.

'We didn't vote you guys through to hear you singing badly upside down on a piano,' he told them. 'I've got to ask you, what were you thinking?'

Let down: The Sandou Trio Russian Bar let the judges down after completely changing act

'Don't go near it!' Scheming Bobby Sabel warns Lucien Laviscount to stay away from Amy Childs

By SARAH BULL

Scheming: Bobby Sabel launched an unprovoked attack on Amy Childs last night, warning Lucien Laviscount she would 'bleed him dry'

Male model Bobby Sabel has launched an attack on reality TV star Amy Childs, warning Lucien Laviscount to stay away from her because 'she'll bleed you dry for everything you're worth'.

Sabel, who is up for eviction this Friday, told Waterloo Road star Laviscount he should steer clear of The Only Way Is Essex beauty Amy.

And, in his unprompted attack, Sabel also refused to call Amy by name, instead referring to her as 'it'.

Be warned: Lucien didn't seem to know what to make of Bobby's out-of-character ranting

He told Laviscount: 'I think she’s absolutely using you. She’d make money out of the press - I think she'll bleed you dry for everything you're worth.

'Don't go near it. You're smarter than that, you don't need it.'

However, when she found out about Sabel's comments, Childs revealed she thought the attack was a blatant attempt from the model to save himself from eviction.

Still going: But Bobby's warning didn't stop Lucien and Amy from flirting and cuddling up this morning

Give us a cuddle! Amy and Lucien have been flirting since they went in to the Big Brother house

She told Darryn Lyons: 'It's okay. He's been quiet. He hasn't said boo to anyone so just let him have his five minutes of air time. That's what he's after.'

The row is likely to mean the end of the budding friendship between Sabel and Childs, who had earlier sparked romance rumours when they had enjoyed a romantic session together in the sauna.

Also, before going into the house, Sabel had admitted he had something of a crush on the TOWIE star.

He said: 'Amy Childs is a very pretty girl. I have never met her before so I don’t know if sparks will fly between us, but she is beautiful.'

Party time! The housemates were last night treated to a party after they correctly identified which was John and which was Edward from Jedward

Pop-tastic: The task room was transformed into a party room, complete with light up floor and balloons

However, Childs told fellow housemate Kerry Katona that the feeling wasn't mutual, telling her: 'I'm fussy, honey!' when asked if she found Sabel attractive.

But Childs' mother Julie said Sabel was definitely her type, adding to new magazine: 'Bobby is probably her type, she will probably like how he looks.

'She is a little but flirtatious but she won't be kissing anyone in there. She would have to get to know him.'

Meanwhile, Sabel's warnings don't seem to have changed Laviscount's opinions of Childs, as the pair were spotted cuddling up and flirting last night.

But while Sabel is no doubt hoping his words on last night's show might help him stay in the show for another week, Celebrity Big Brother fans appear to have cottoned on to his plan.

One fan was quoted as telling the Daily Star: 'His rant doesn't put him in a very good light, it smacks a little bit of bullying.

Getting into the spirit of things: Jedward donned sparkly coats and balloon hats for the occasion

That's not dressing up! But Darryn Lyons and Lucien instead decided to just wear sunglasses

'We've seen this happen many times before in Big Brother. As soon as a housemate is up for the chop, they start to get desperate.

'He's turned on Amy to try to steal her thunder, but it looks like suicide to me.'

It wasn't only Childs who Sabel managed to provoke with his ranting last night.

He also let rip at Lyons, saying: 'Darryn makes me angry because I respect him as a businessman as he’s successful, but I think he’s an absolute ****.

Friends no more? Bobby's rant is likely to have affected his friendship with Amy

'I don’t like him. Darryn has no right slagging Jedward off, without them you’d be bored! He makes me angry because he is smart enough to know not to do that, but he does.'

And Katona also came under fire, with Sabel saying: 'I don’t want to be friends with Kerry. I absolute do not!

'At times, Kerry’s an entertainer. That’s what she does. But I don’t like who she is. She wants to criticise John and Edward because they’re throwing an orange across the garden and she’s scared it will hit her. She said “I wouldn’t let my kids do that” but she’s nasty.'

Sabel is up against Katona and Sally Bercow in this week's eviction.

Housemates reach boiling point over Jedward after John tries to pull off Amy Childs' bikini bottoms

By EMILY SHERIDAN

All is calm: Amy Childs has happily sunbathing in the garden with housemates Bobby Sable and Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff before she was rudely interrupted

Sharing a confined space with Jedward, the housemates of Celebrity Big Brother must have known it would be a trying situation.

But the twins' inconsiderate and childish behaviour sank to new depths yesterday when John Grimes decided to pull down Amy Childs' bikini bottoms.

Having decided to host their own chat show in the living room, the impatient 19-year-olds demanded their fellow housemates drop what they were doing immediately to watch the 'show'.

Not so funny: The former Only Way Is Essex star was furious when John came over and pulled up her bikini bottoms when she politely declined to go and watch their faux chat show

However, bikini-clad Amy suggested they watch it later because she and the other housemates were enjoying relaxing in the sun.

As twins John and Edward repeatedly whined for their housemates to watch them 'now', their impatience soon spilled over into the inappropriate 'joke'.

John rushed forward to Amy and grabbed her pink polka-dot bikini bottom, flashing her backside to those nearby.

Unhappy: Amy vents her frustrations at John after he apologises for pulling her bikini bottoms

Thank God for the gym: Amy said she was pleased her bottom was toned or the bikini incident could have been worse

As an embarrassed Amy shouted the F-word at them and retreated inside the house, witness Darryn Lyons leaped to her defence.

He shouted: 'That's bloody disgraceful. Apologise, you don't to that to a woman... Amy's lying face down and went to the back of her bikini bottoms and pulled them up.

Repulsed: Darryn Lyons took the twins to task and declared 'they need a b**dy good spanking'

Darryn replied: 'No, that's disgusting. No one does that to a woman... Whether or not they've got the minds of a two-year-old or not. They need to learn.'

Sally interjected: 'I'm not defending them, but I don't think they meant any harm. I just don't think they engaged their brain.'

After visiting Big Brother in the Diary Room, Amy made peace with John.

She told him: 'What you did, babe, like literally, I haven't even toned up my bum or anything, like... just don't do it ever again.

It's all about Jedward: Tara Reid was the first guest on the Jedward chat show

'That was the only thing I was worried about... my bum coming out. Just be careful. It did p**s me off. But I do love you. Gimme a cuddle.'

As well as their inappropriate behaviour with Amy, they also announced they had spilled a large jar of coleslaw all over the floor and would 'clean it up later'... but decided their chat show was a priority, leaving Kerry Katona to do it before someone slipped on the food.

Jedward had already been trying their housemates' patience earlier in the day by making a mess in the kitchen while creating their homemade face mask and teasing Darryn that 'maybe' they would clean it up later.

Let's talk cleaning: Pamela declared the cleaning would 'just sort itself out', although the rest of the housemates agreed with Sally that they needed a rota

Complaining about how filthy the house was, Darryn ranted: 'They've got attention spans of a f**king mosquito... Those little f**king f**kers.'

Amy said to Sally: 'They're children aren't they?'

In the Diary Room, Sally complained she was surrounded by many people who had never done any domestic chores in their lives and she was sick of living in this 'gross mess'.

She said: 'Half of these people have drivers, have cooks and cleaners... I'm on the wrong show. I'm not a celebrity and it freaks me out.'

It burns: Edward and Tara ended up being covered in a homemade face mask, but had to wash it off when it started burning

When she called for a cleaning rota or system to be put in the place, Pamela insisted they didn't need one, things would just 'work themselves out'.

Sally disagreed and later remarked in the Diary Room: 'Pamela wants to be in control. She doesn't listen.'

Meanwhile, Lyons managed to win alcohol and party food for the group after passing a secret task.

Given a camera, he was told to take photos of the housemates without their knowledge to fit five headlines given to him by Big Brother.

Storm in a D cup: Darryn took this picture of Amy without her knowledge as part of his secret paparazzo task

Love is in the air: Big Brother accepted this photo of Lucien and Amy - with Jedward lying face down - would suit the caption

They included 'Storm in a D Cup, 'Love is in the air', 'When Paddy met Sally', 'Get Hoff Me', 'Oh brother where art thou', which he successfully managed.

When the pictures and the accompanying headlines were later screened in the house, most of the contestants found them funny - but Amy was confused by a photo of herself reading 'Storm in a D Cup'.

She said: 'I don't get it...'

'Get Hoff me': Lucien was encouraged by Darryn to go and grab Pamela - creating a perfect photo opportunity for Darryn

Good reaction: Pamela was in hysterics when she saw the photo of herself and Lucien

After some cigarettes and alcohol, male model Bobby appeared to come out of his shell and started being honest about his opinions of Amy and Darryn.

Addressing Lucien, who has been romantically linked to the Essex girl, Bobby said: 'I think she will bleed you dry. Don't go near her. She's a tabloid's dream. She's fit, she's a nice dream. The whole conceited relationship with Darryn. It's just f**k off...

'Darryn makes me angry because I respect him as a businessman, but he's an absolute p***k.'

Sally was clearly delighted at this open Bobby: 'I wished you opened up before. You should speak out. You could go really far in this show.'

Bobby lets rip: The male model speaks out on his opinions of Amy and Darryn

But he replied: 'You just think, bite your tongue, you don't want it to kick off and get all unpleasant.'

Meanwhile, in the bedroom, Darryn, Kerry and Amy were discussing Bobby and their distrust of him.

Bobby then came into the bedroom and told Darryn: ''I respect you in some aspects and not in others. It's my own issue.'

Clearly unperturbed, the Australian replied: 'I know I've got strong points and bad points... What you see if what you get.'

Enjoying the bitching session: Sally told Bobby she wished he opened up before
