How R U Doin' from Aqua: A Most Awaited Reunion

I've been waiting the comeback of Aqua for ages, and finally, finally, this year, they decide to release a new single called 'How R U Doin?' on March 10 on their official facebook page and on March 14 on iTunes.

Yesterday I downloaded this song and in such a short time it kinda grew up on me. No matter how people keep saying that their style of music changes and keep comparing them to Far East Movement, I have a strong hold to my belief that they're still the same Aqua: this single makes my hips move as much as when I listen to 'Barbie Girl' or 'My Oh My'. And Lene's voice sounds unique as usual. Perhaps if you listen to it by yourself you'll understand what I mean. Go grab the song through your iTunes! :)

Sucks to Love New Songs

It sucks because in my case, I don't have anyone to discuss or listen the new songs together with. Either it's me who's too up to date or easy to be bored, or it's them who're too picky or love reminiscing the old songs. There's no synchronization between us.

The most recent case is concerning the Firework song from Katy Perry. I've dedicated the whole December to listen and interpret it when at the same time my friends are still caught up with Teenage Dreams and California Gurls. I've told them that Firework has better lyrics and meaning with quite catchy tune--although not as catchy as California Gurls, yet they never listen.

And when a month later I grow tired (or bored) of Firework and move to listen a set of instrumental songs instead, they turn to play Firework every single time on their media player and on every gadget!

Bloody fantastic.
